Job summary

MEININGER Hotels Copenhagen is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure a standout guest experience. You will manage invoicing, time sheets, and quality checks while maintaining MEININGER standards across operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in reception or supervision, a proactive host mindset, and strong teamwork. Fluency in English is essential; Danish or other languages are a plus. On-site work with varied shifts.

• 2-3 years of professional experience in reception/ supervisor role.
• Outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable guiding and developing a front-office team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operations of the reception team and ensure guest satisfaction.
