Job summary

Terma Group in Denmark is seeking a Manager to lead the Radar Mechanical Team, overseeing mechanical design, development, and project execution while ensuring high-quality delivery. You will manage a team of ~8 engineers, guiding them from concept to product readiness and balancing cost, quality, and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required; Danish is an advantage.
