Join a global R&D Portfolio & Forecasting team of 14 professionals, collaborating across the organisation to improve decision-making speed, transparency in resource allocation and cross-functional project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• A master’s degree in business, science, R&D or another relevant field.
• Minimum of 6-7 years’ experience in data analysis, business analysis and/or portfolio management.
• Proficiency with IT tools, especially Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to turn complex data into clear conclusions and easy-to-understand communication.
• Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaboration based on mutual trust with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• A self-driven, analytical approach and the ability to work well in a dynamic global environment.

• Enable real-time portfolio management across the entire R&D value chain.
• Drive implementation of one uniform resource management system across R&D, improving decision‑making efficiency, transparency in resource allocation and operational effectiveness.
• Drive speed benchmarks across the R&D value chain to support the long‑term R&D aspiration.
• Create transparency and analysis that support management in informed decision‑making.
• Turn complex data into clear conclusions and easy‑to‑understand slides for leaders and project teams.
• Work in cross‑organisational projects and act as a value‑adding portfolio partner to the R&D project organisation.
