Qualifikationen

• A master’s degree in business, science, R&D or another relevant field.
• Minimum of 6-7 years’ experience in data analysis, business analysis and/or portfolio management.
• Proficiency with IT tools, especially Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to turn complex data into clear conclusions and easy-to-understand communication.
• Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaboration based on mutual trust with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• A self-driven, analytical approach and the ability to work well in a dynamic global environment.

You will help R&D move from looking back at the portfolio to managing it as it happens, and make sure management has the clarity to decide with confidence.

Who You’ll Work With

You will join R&D Portfolio & Forecasting, a global function of 14 dedicated professionals that supports and collaborates with the global R&D organisation. The team works in a complex environment with many projects in the R&D portfolio, where transparency and in‑depth analysis of portfolio, capacity and performance are critical.

In Research & Development, colleagues explore scientific ideas and advance them towards clinical testing, bringing curiosity, data, technology and collaboration together. Your closest partners will be the R&D project organisation and management teams across the R&D value chain. Working with them, you will create clarity on priorities and capacity, and help decisions move forward at pace.

Salary

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK , corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
