Novo Nordisk in Søborg is seeking a Trial Insights Manager who will lead analyses shaping global Phase I–IV trial location decisions. You will turn multi‑source data into clear, evidence‑based country allocation recommendations for trial planners and Clinical Operations teams.

Your work covers feasibility, enrolment forecasts and operational insights, with a focus on traceability, reproducibility and transparent documentation to support data‑driven decisions across global trials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in life sciences, data science, statistics, economics, engi­neering, business administration or another relevant field.
• Significant experience in analytics, clinical operations, trial planning, feasibility, data science or related RD/biomedical support.
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity.
• Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, R, Excel (preferred).
• Experience with scenario modelling, analytical tool development, data integration, dashboards or reproducible analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and translating data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical work packages that support country allocation, feasibility assessment, enrolment forecasting and operational decisions for global Phase I‑IV trials.
• Define analytical approaches, integrate multiple data sources and run scenario analyses for medium and high complexity planning questions.
• Develop and quality assure analytical input on country allocation scenarios, recruitment assumptions and operational feasibility.
• Translate data and insights into clear recommendations and facilitate data-driven dialogue to build alignment.
• Plan, scope and deliver analytical projects, including stakeholder mapping, timelines and risk identification.
• Build, test and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, reusable code and data pipelines, driving automation and scalability.
• Document assumptions, data sources, limitations, methodology and review steps transparently, shaping data/analytics standards.
