Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S seeks a Trial Insights Manager to lead analyses shaping where global trials run. You will synthesize data across sources to guide feasibility, enrolment forecasts, and operational decisions for Phase I–IV trials.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and contribute to scalable analytic tooling and standards. This role offers significant impact and collaboration across TP-AP and R&D.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant experience in analytics, clinical operations, trial planning or data science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle ambiguity.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python or R; data integration and dashboards.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and translating data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical work packages supporting country allocation and feasibility.
• Conduct analyses to aid feasibility assessment and enrolment forecasting.
• Define analytical approaches and integrate multiple data sources for trial planning.
• Develop and quality assure analytical input on country allocation scenarios.
• Translate data and insights into clear recommendations for decision-making.
• Plan and deliver analytical projects with stakeholder mapping and timelines.
• Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards and data pipelines.
