Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks an Integration Project Manager to coordinate data from acquisitions and ensure it reaches the right people on time. You will plan, govern data integration and align stakeholders across R&D, CMC, Quality, IT and Business Development.

You will drive ownership, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver clear progress updates to senior stakeholders while shaping future integration approaches.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading complex projects across functions and organisational boundaries.
• Track record of aligning senior stakeholders and driving delivery without direct authority.
• Experience translating business needs into coordinated plans and managing dependencies, risks and priorities.
• Understanding of data migration or integration and how business processes relate to IT systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make complex topics clear and actionable.
• Ability to take ownership, build trust, create momentum and work through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the planning, coordination and governance of data integration, and help teams move forward when information is incomplete or circumstances change.
• Establish and drive cross‑functional data integration plans with clear scope, milestones, ownership and governance.
• Align business and technical stakeholders on data requirements, priorities and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate dependencies across R&D, CMC, Quality, IT and Business Development.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and resource constraints, and elevate decisions when needed.
• Give senior stakeholders clear updates on progress, risks and decisions.
• Develop and improve ways of working for data integration, applying lessons learned across projects.
