Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, science, R&D or related field.
• 6–7 years’ experience in data analysis, business analysis and/or portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong business acumen and ability to turn data into clear conclusions.
• Stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Self-driven, analytical, and able to work in a dynamic global environment.

• Enable real-time portfolio management across the entire R&D value chain.
• Drive implementation of one uniform resource management system across R&D.
• Improve decision-making efficiency and transparency in resource allocation.
• Drive speed benchmarks across the R&D value chain to support long-term R&D goals.
