Job summary

Opoura is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist based in Silkeborg to strengthen governance while adapting IMS and ISMS to a growing renewable energy technology company.

You will translate standards into practical, auditable requirements, coordinate audits and certifications, and partner with process owners to improve compliance and risk management across the business. ESG governance and health & safety activities are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating or improving a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Experience coordinating audits, certifications, non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Good understanding of risk-based management and continual improvement.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 or ISMS assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve IMS and alignment with ISMS.
• Translate standards into proportionate practices meeting business needs.
• Coordinate audits, management reviews, certifications, findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and evidence.
• Partner with process owners to strengthen business processes and address recurring quality issues.
• Coordinate product, environmental, supplier, and vendor compliance activities.
• Facilitate ESG governance, documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
