Job summary

spektr is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to help build high-quality, reliable AI-driven compliance platforms. You will collaborate with backend engineers, product managers and customer teams to create automated testing that scales across complex systems.

You will design and maintain E2E test suites, validate AI agent behavior, and ensure data integrity across RESTful APIs and databases. The role offers growth in a fast-paced scale-up environment with offices in Copenhagen, London and Iași.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable automated end-to-end tests.
• Proficient with API testing and SQL for data validation.
• Ability to write clean, reusable test code.
• Strong communication to explain bugs and edge cases.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on reliable, polished releases.
• Interest in AI testing and LLM-based evals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable E2E test suites using Playwright and AI-assisted methods.
• Validate AI agent behaviors and ensure hallucination-free outcomes.
• Test RESTful APIs and validate complex data flows against databases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to protect deployments.
• Investigate production issues and convert findings into regression tests.
• Contribute to QA processes and standard practices with the team.
