Job summary

Complir is hiring a Product Engineer for our Copenhagen team. You will build AI-native software and durable data workflows, collaborating with founders and customers from day one. You’ll shape the product with strong UI/UX intuition and own parts of the stack, working in a small, high-trust startup environment.

You will interact directly with users, refine features, and iterate quickly on the product as we scale our compliance platform across markets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product or frontend roles.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills with full-stack exposure.
• Solid understanding of browsers and databases.
• Good product sense and interest in UI/UX iteration.
• High ownership and ability to work without a PM.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders, customers and in-house experts to define what to build.
• Develop AI-native software and integrate with latest models.
• Create durable data workflows for unstructured data.
• Improve data structures connecting cross-border regulatory data.
• Surface insights from structured and unstructured data.
