Job summary

Spektr is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own the client roadmap from contract through go-live and beyond, driving on-site sessions and configuring workflows to meet each client’s exact needs. You will translate regulatory requirements into automated workflows and resolve configuration issues independently, while acting as the client’s voice to product.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Join spektr’s client-facing team — the people responsible for turning a signed contract into a client who can’t imagine working without us.
• As our Implementation Specialist, you will know the spektr platform better than anyone, and you will know your clients’ problems better than anyone else in the company. Nobody sits closer to both.
• You own the client roadmap end to end: scoping, build, go-live, and what comes next. This is complex project management with real stakes — multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, hard deadlines, and a regulated client on the other side of the table.
• You will be our person in the room: leading on-site sessions with clients’ compliance and operations teams, and solving problems next to the people who have them.
• You will work directly with the expansion & implementation lead and have a direct line to our founding team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Own the client roadmap from contract signature through go-live and beyond — you are accountable for whether it lands, not for whether you did your part
• Drive on-site implementation sessions and workstreams, configuring workflows and integrations to fit each client’s exact needs
• Translate client policies and regulatory requirements into automated workflows on the spektr platform, finding the process improvements the client hasn’t spotted yet
• Resolve configuration issues independently before escalating to engineering
• Run the hardest enterprise accounts in the company and act as the internal voice of the client into product — what you learn on site is the clearest signal we have about what to build next
• Build reusable implementation playbooks so every client gets a consistent experience and the same question is never answered twice
• Flag client health signals early — you notice when something is off before it becomes an escalation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years in implementation, solutions consulting, or customer success at a B2B SaaS company — we care more about how you think than how long you’ve been doing it
• A structured problem-solver: when something doesn’t work, you go step by step rather than guessing
• Strong communicator — you can explain a technical concept clearly to a non-technical client and are excellent at handling senior stakeholders
• Comfortable with technical & legal documentation, data flows, and integrations — you don’t need to be a developer or lawyer, but you can’t be afraid of infrastructure and regulations
• Willing and excited to travel to client sites — you do your best work in the room, not on a call
• Highly organised: you manage multiple clients at different stages and nothing slips

NICE TO HAVE

• German or French language skills, at a level where you could run client sessions and written follow-ups in that language
• Exposure to KYC/AML, onboarding or financial crime workflows in a regulated financial institution
