SimCorp is seeking an experienced Senior QA/Dev Lead to empower a world-class engineering team in Copenhagen. You will balance hands-on coding with shaping automation strategies, test architecture, and quality KPIs to ensure robust delivery across cloud and on-prem environments.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in software engineering with Dev/QA responsibilities, strong .NET/C#, Angular, and extensive test automation expertise, plus leadership skills to mentor engineers and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering with Dev/QA responsibilities.
• Expert in .NET/C# and strong knowledge of Angular.
• Extensive experience in test automation (E2E, API, integration).
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design, development, and testing.
• Define and own test architecture and quality strategy at team level.
• Balance active coding (C#, Angular, APL) with guiding automation initiatives.
• Drive adoption of automation-first practices across the team.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by monitoring coverage, test metrics, and quality KPIs.
• Mentor and coach engineers in development, automation, and testing skills.
