Job summary

Spektr is hiring an AI Engineer who will own the end-to-end AI strategy, including model selection and integration into our product core. You will lead the design of autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, and intelligent document understanding, driving product-led AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with the founders to translate complex compliance challenges into scalable AI solutions, while ensuring reliability, explainability, and cost-awareness in deployment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ML, AI, or Data/Backend roles with a deep understanding of modern LLM stacks.
• Strong skills in TypeScript and Python with hands-on experience in AI tooling.
• Experience with LangChain or equivalent orchestration layers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AI roadmap and strategy, from model selection to product integration.
• Design and deploy LLM-powered features including autonomous agents and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with founders to translate complex compliance problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure AI outputs are reliable, explainable, and minimize hallucinations.
