Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering field
- Experience with industrial-scale coating, deposition or surface treatment
- Ability to translate process parameters into stable manufacturing performance
- Led process development, industrialization or tech transfer initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead PVD process standardization and industrialization
- Explore process limits and expand technology applications
- Develop process understanding, standards and docs for global use
- Support transition of developing technology into production
- Define critical process parameters and quality requirements
- Collaborate with specialists and operators to improve capability
- Help establish foundation for scaling and globalizing coating tech
- Support exploration of similar technologies for future use
