Shine, a leading European fintech, seeks a Provider Process & Governance Specialist to formalise, maintain, and execute best-practice processes across all provider management activity. You will own onboarding, governance, and monitoring of banking and financial service providers across France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Providers and Projects, you will ensure contracts, SLAs, and invoices are managed efficiently, while collaborating with Legal,

Qualificações

• 2–4 years in provider management, procurement, vendor governance, or operations in a bank, payment institution, or fintech.
• Ability to write procedures and governance documentation clearly.
• Experience with commercial contracts, SLA frameworks, and vendor governance.
• Comfortable with data tracking and trend analysis in SLA/invoice data.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own provider management processes from selection through contract management, SLA monitoring, invoice review, and offboarding.
• Document, approve, and apply processes across all providers managed by the team.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements within the team.
• Coordinate end-to-end contract management including negotiations and milestones.
• Maintain a provider register with key dates and contract summaries.
• Build automated invoice review tools aligned with pricing and volumes.
• Monitor SLA performance and manage incident escalations with remediation and service credits.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Tech for onboarding and governance.
