Job summary

Shine, part of Cegid and a leading European fintech, is hiring a Provider Process & Governance Specialist. You will formalise and execute best-practice processes across provider management, onboarding, and contract governance for France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark.

You will own end-to-end provider workflows, monitor SLA performance, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure robust governance. This role blends commercial, legal, and operational disciplines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in provider management, procurement, vendor governance, or operations within fintech/banking.
• Ability to write clear governance procedures and documentation.
• Experience with commercial contracts, SLA frameworks, and vendor governance.
• Comfortable working with data, trackers, and performance summaries.
• Fluent English; French would be a plus.
• Highly structured with multi-provider oversight to avoid gaps.
• Strong collaboration with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and external counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Provider Management Processes: own provider selection to offboarding and invoice review.
• Contract Management: end-to-end process with Legal coordination and milestones.
• SLA Monitoring and Incident Management: dashboards, escalations, remediation, service credits.
• New Product Committee and Provider Onboarding: document NPC process and onboarding workflows.
• Managed Provider Relationships: regular reviews and up-to-date provider register.
