Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end verification of prototype wind turbines within the Turbine, Software & Component Testing group. You will coordinate across design, testing, and operations to ensure readiness for manufacturing, driving performance and cost improvements.

You will manage budgets, use SAP PPM, Power BI and Excel for reporting, and collaborate with site teams and external partners in Denmark and beyond. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of direct project management in technical/operational environments.
• Experience with on-site activities and construction/test sites.
• Clear communication with technicians, engineers, suppliers and leadership.
• Experience using SAP PPM, Power BI, Cplace, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete verification lifecycle of prototype turbines and ensure quality, performance and cost targets.
• Collaborate with design, testing, operations and management across multiple sites.
• Manage project budgets, planning, and data analysis with SAP, Excel; report via Power BI.
• Ensure transparency through SAP, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and risk tools; familiarity with CPlace or JIRA.
• Provide leadership to cross‑functional teams and drive portfolio execution.
• Continuously improve PM processes for repeatable, efficient delivery.
