Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Lead Supervisor to manage onshore wind project installations from planning to execution across the NCE region. You will coordinate site activities, ensure readiness, and guide installation teams to deliver safe, high-quality results.

The role requires a technical engineering background, strong HSE/quality focus, and fluent English. Expect extensive collaboration with project teams, customers, and on-site personnel in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor on Vestas turbine installation projects.
• Solid experience in HSE, quality management, and customer relations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall site supervisor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
• Engage in project planning activities at least 3 months before site mobilisation.
• Coordinate the procurement and availability of required tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Ensure all site documentation, procedures, and project materials are prepared ahead of execution.
• Oversee site readiness and align stakeholders to support effective project delivery.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to completion to a group of installation supervisors.
