Job summary

Vestas Technology & Operations in Aarhus is seeking a Specialist to lead data acquisition efforts within the Performance Testing team. You will define the strategic direction for DAQ capabilities, shape the technical roadmap, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions for current and future measurement needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience with data acquisition systems, industrial measurement setups or performance testing environments.
• Proven track record in technical roadmap ownership, technology development, or capability-building roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the data acquisition strategy across all performance-testing disciplines.
• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap for data acquisition and secure required investments.
• Oversee development work and ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
• Lead ongoing improvement initiatives to standardize tools, processes, and guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance on data acquisition technologies and methods.
• Serve as the technical lead for our DAQ software platform and ensure alignment with measurement needs.
