Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Manufacturing Readiness Engineer in Graasten to bridge product development and production. You will coordinate prototype readiness, translate design changes into production needs, and ensure timely builds with high quality.

You will work with engineering, planning and manufacturing, validate changes in PLM and SAP, manage BOMs, and drive continuous improvements of prototype and industrialization processes. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven project coordination skills and ability to drive actions.
• Understanding of production processes and BOMs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with PLM and SAP systems is beneficial.
• Fluent English communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prototype readiness activities across functions.
• Review prototype requests and assess changes for production impact.
• Validate product changes in PLM and SAP including BOMs.
• Create dashboards of prototype activities and priorities.
• Ensure resources and equipment are available for prototype builds.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
