The Impact You'll Make

As Production Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing how we produce high-quality drives at Danfoss, one of Denmark’s largest electronics manufacturers. Our production setup combines high automation, short lead times, and customer-specific solutions, and your work will directly influence performance, quality, and reliability.

In this role, you will join a skilled team of 13 production engineers responsible for production technologies, processes, and new product introduction (NPI). You will work hands‑on with modern equipment such as robots, AGVs, and intelligent tools, helping ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive continuous improvement of production processes, methods, and technologies to enhance quality and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Production Engineering or a related field, with experience in process optimization, quality improvement, or Lean methodologies
• Strong understanding of automated production environments; Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is a plus
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to analyze problems and implement practical solutions
• A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently and drive results
• Willingness to work mainly on‑site in Gråsten and be located within reasonable commuting distance
• Fluency in English and Danish (both written and spoken)
