Job summary

Danfoss in Gråsten, Denmark, is seeking a Production Engineer to advance automated production of high-quality drives. You will join a team of engineers focused on production technologies, process optimization, and NPI, working hands-on with robots, AGVs, and intelligent tools.

The role requires a degree in Production Engineering or related field, with a hands-on mindset and the ability to drive practical solutions. English and Danish fluency are expected, and most work is on-site in Gråsten.

Qualifications

Degree in Production Engineering or related field.
Strong background in process optimization and quality improvement.
Experience with Lean methodologies; Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement of production processes, methods, and technologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
Own and support smaller projects while contributing to cross-functional initiatives, including NPI activities.
Develop and maintain production documentation such as SOPs, flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, and SPC.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated systems, including robots and AGVs.
Implement preventive actions and improvement initiatives that support team and business goals.
