Job summary

Stealth is seeking a hands-on R&D & Workshop Technician in the Copenhagen area. You will work closely with engineers to support prototypes, documentation, procurement and workshop operations to keep projects progressing efficiently.

This role emphasizes practical problem-solving, structured record-keeping, and the ability to adapt as prototypes evolve. You will help maintain tools, manage BOMs and ensure safe, organized workshop practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role with ability to build and test prototypes.
• Structured, documentation-focused engineer who can capture learnings.
• Experience supporting engineers with assembly, testing and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly and integration of prototypes under engineer guidance.
• Prepare components, wiring and hardware for builds; operate 3D printers and manage print queues.
• Maintain BOMs, hardware specs and documentation; ensure traceability across revisions.
• Organise test data, photos and results; assist bench, subsystem and field testing.
• Procure components, track orders and manage deliveries to keep engineers productive.
• Maintain stock, tools and test equipment; ensure safe storage and handling of batteries.
