Job summary

ReQruiting ApS in the Copenhagen area is seeking an IT/HW Technician for our R&D department. The role combines hands-on hardware, network infrastructure, and lab operations to support product development. You will install, maintain and inventory lab hardware, assist with FPGA configs, server racks, and ensure secure, reliable networks.

Proactive problem solving and documentation are essential. Experience with Linux, Grafana monitoring, and a collaborative, agile mindset will help you succeed in

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with monitoring systems, preferably Grafana.
• Experience with server hardware installation and lab inventory management.
• Strong Linux administration skills (shell scripting, APIs).
• Knowledge of DHCP, VLAN/VXLAN, TCP/IP networking.
• Ability to assemble, configure and document lab hardware and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Install and purchase lab inventory and organize it.
• Assist R&D HW team with inventory tracking and prototype assembly.
• Support 70% ad hoc tasks and 30% project tasks.
• Help drive continuous improvements in lab tools, methods, and processes.
• Ensure a tidy, efficient lab work environment.
