Job summary

Resolute Bio in Copenhagen is seeking a Research Associate to prepare tissue and protein samples, operate lab automation, and maintain clear, traceable records. You will start in Operations and, with the new R&D lab opening in early 2027, move into the expanding R&D team to improve sample preparation and automation and test new methods.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in biochemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on proteomics sample prep and/or lab automation experience.
• Careful pipetting and clear digital records of work.
• Structured approach with adherence to SOPs and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare FFPE tissue, deparaffinization and H&E staining; perform laser microdissection.
• Prepare protein digests and peptides for MS; operate and maintain liquid-handling robots.
• Process samples at high throughput; follow SOPs and keep traceable records.
• Spot problems, discuss results with team, and help improve SOPs and workflows.
• Support R&D experiments, including reference standards and method comparisons.
• Maintain lab operation through instrument care, reagents management, and sample logistics.
