Job summary

Demant is seeking a Program Manager to lead the establishment of the HR Shared Services Center as part of a global HR transformation. You will coordinate workstreams, budgets, timelines and risks, partnering with HR Core Deliveries, business units and SSC operations to deliver scalable HR services.

The role requires substantial program management experience, knowledge of PM tools, and familiarity with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in business administration, HR, PM, or related field.
• Significant project/program management experience with large-scale transformation.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow; strong MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery across multiple workstreams with milestones and KPIs.
• Oversee business case development and tracking against milestones.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communications with senior leadership.
• Manage resources, risks, and dependencies; ensure change activities and adoption.
• Ensure reporting, governance, and regulatory/compliance considerations.
