Job summary

Demant is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the establishment of an HR Shared Services Center (SSC) as part of a global HR transformation. You will drive design, planning, and implementation while partnering with HR Core Deliveries, business units, and SSC operations across regions.

You will manage multi-workstream delivery, maintain momentum, and ensure adoption with a strong focus on governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, HR, project management or related field.
• Significant program management experience with large-scale transformation or SSC establishment.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and tools; PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery with plans, milestones, budgets, KPIs and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Own the business case and track progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration at senior levels.
• Manage resources, risks and dependencies with proactive escalation when needed.
• Oversee transition, adoption activities and business continuity during implementation.
• Ensure reporting and governance via dashboards, steering committees, and action tracking.
• Ensure compliance and alignment with country-specific legal/regulatory requirements.
