The LEGO Group is seeking a Program Manager, GAME Creators, to provide the operational backbone for creator and fandom work within LEGO GAME. You’ll maintain day-to-day operations, translate strategy into repeatable processes, and scale programmes with robust workflows and cross-team collaboration.

This fixed-term role runs until December 2027 with hybrid work options, enabling collaboration across internal teams and external partners in LEGO's gaming ecosystem.

Competenze

• Ran creator, community or influencer programmes from planning through day-to-day delivery.
• Managed creator programmes, communities, or engagement initiatives within gaming or user-generated-content ecosystems, including creator-facing platforms.
• Coordinated programme logistics, cadence and follow-through to maintain reliable delivery.
• Built repeatable programme workflows, playbooks, and engagement processes for fast-moving creator and community programmes.
• Coordinated creator programme and platform initiatives across internal teams and external partners, driving execution from planning through delivery.
• Synthesised creator and participant feedback for internal and partner stakeholders.
• Produced timely programme reporting for senior internal and external stakeholders.
