Job summary

LEGO Group's GAME Creators team seeks a Program Manager to provide the operational backbone for creator and fandom work. You will keep creator programmes and engagement platforms running daily, turning strategy into repeatable operations and building scalable processes for growth.

The fixed-term role runs until December 2027 with a hybrid work model, offering the chance to shape how creators, communities, and partners engage across our gaming ecosystem.

• Ran creator programmes from planning through day-to-day delivery.
• Managed creator programmes or engagement initiatives within gaming/UGC ecosystems.
• Coordinated programme logistics, cadence and follow-through.
• Built repeatable programme workflows and engagement processes.
• Coordinated initiatives across internal teams and external partners.
• Synthesised feedback for internal and partner stakeholders.
• Produced timely programme reporting for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operations for creator and community programmes, including planning sessions and materials.
• Develop scalable playbooks, processes and rhythms for consistency and effectiveness.
• Create structures and guidelines for creator-facing platforms to drive adoption.
• Shape strategic programmes to support product, marketing and community goals.
• Foster strong connections between gaming creators and wider initiatives.
• Provide clear stakeholder reporting and identify opportunities to broaden participation.
