Job summary

LEGO Group in Denmark is seeking a Program Manager for GAME Creators to provide the operational backbone for creator and fandom work. You will run day-to-day programmes, turn strategy into repeatable operations, and build scalable processes with internal teams and external partners.

The fixed-term role runs through December 2027 with a hybrid work rhythm combining office and remote collaboration. You will help scale engagement and ensure compliant, high-quality creator experiences across LEGO

Qualifications

• Ran creator, community or influencer programmes from planning through day-to-day delivery.
• Managed creator programmes, communities, or engagement initiatives within gaming or user-generated-content ecosystems.
• Coordinated programme logistics, cadence and follow-through to maintain reliable delivery.
• Built repeatable programme workflows, playbooks, and engagement processes for fast-moving creator and community programmes.
• Coordinated creator programme and platform initiatives across internal teams and external partners, driving execution from planning through delivery.
• Synthesised creator and participant feedback for internal and partner stakeholders.
• Produced timely programme reporting for senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operations for creator and community programmes.
• Develop scalable playbooks, processes and working rhythms.
• Define guidelines for creator-facing platforms and tools.
• Drive strategic creator programmes to support product, marketing and community goals.
• Foster strong connections between gaming creators and wider initiatives.
• Report stakeholder updates and expand creator participation into other programmes.
