Job summary

Moment A/S is seeking a Technical Assistant for a full-time temporary position near Northern Jutland. You will help create and maintain production documentation and master data, translating technical input into clear instructions while coordinating with Operations, Quality and technical functions.

You will ensure accuracy, structure and usability of documentation used in day-to-day production.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with technical or production documentation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and translate into clear instructions.
• Comfort with data and documentation tasks using common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain work instructions and production documentation.
• Document and update item records including HS codes and CoO/CoM in coordination with stakeholders.
• Prepare shipping documentation including Technical Notes.
• Prepare and document PQC points for production and assembly.
• Maintain accurate master data in Dynamics 365 BC.
• Coordinate technical input across Operations, production, Quality and technical specialists.
• Support multiple workstreams and follow up on priorities.
