Job summary

Moment A/S in Northern Jutland is seeking a Technical Assistant for a full-time temporary assignment close to production. You will gather technical input, translate it into clear documentation, and work across Operations to keep data accurate and ready for production.

The role focuses on maintaining work instructions, item records, shipping docs, and PQC while coordinating with specialists and stakeholders. Danish language is preferred for day-to-day collaboration, English for technical docs.

Qualifications

• Experience with technical or production documentation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and translate into instructions.
• Attention to detail and accurate data handling.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, SharePoint; Dynamics 365 BC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain work instructions and production documentation.
• Document and update item records, HS codes and CoO/CoM with stakeholders.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including Technical Notes.
• Create and document Production Quality Control points (PQC).
• Maintain item/master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Coordinate technical input across Operations, production and Quality.
• Assist multiple workstreams and follow up on tasks.
