Job summary

Kamstrup is seeking a Technical Assistant to develop visual content and product documentation, support documentation updates and coordinate approval workflows. You will work closely with a cross-functional team in a growing international setting to ensure high-quality deliverables and clear communication of complex product information.

You’ll create graphics, including 3D illustrations, and help maintain intranet content and online platforms, linking product development with visual execution.

Qualifications

• Background in administration, design, technical communication or related field.
• Interest in visual content creation including 3D illustrations.
• Willingness to support product updates and approvals with hands-on attitude.
• Ability to adapt to customer-specific needs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English; Danish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update technical documentation for products.
• Create graphics, visualizations, and 3D illustrations using Adobe CC tools.
• Contribute to small-scale technical product changes and projects.
• Coordinate documentation and product approval activities for efficient processes.
• Maintain documentation, intranet content and online platforms.
