Job summary

Systematic in Aarhus is looking for a Product Manager to define the vision and strategy for mobile C2 products. You will guide the development team daily and ensure solutions suit soldiers in the field, working with the Defence Product Management group.

You will bring operational defence experience and English fluency, presenting to customers and representing Systematic at conferences while travelling 20–30 days a year. NATO/EU security clearances apply.

Qualifications

• Operational insight into end-user needs translated into product requirements.
• Collaborative across product, development and sales teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own daily guidance of the development team, translating features into field-ready implementation.
• Define and manage the vision and strategy for mobile C2 products.
• Represent Systematic at customer presentations, user forums and conferences.
• Provide sales with product knowledge and collateral for customer visits.
• Participate in change control boards to prioritise defects and change requests.
