Job summary

Systematic Aarhus is seeking a Defence Product Manager to guide the mobile C2 product vision and coordinate with development, sales and service teams. You will translate battlefield insights into product requirements and ensure solutions meet soldier needs in the field.

Ideal candidates bring war‑time operational insight and the ability to present clearly to stakeholders and customers. The role involves travel and close collaboration across the Defence Business Unit.

Qualifications

• Turn operational insight and end‑user needs into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate across product management, development and sales teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; able to present to large audiences and at conferences.

Responsibilities

• Own daily guidance of the development team and translate features into implementation for soldiers in the field.
• Define and manage the vision and strategy for mobile C2 products.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and end user when implementing product enhancements.
• Provide the sales team with product knowledge and sales collateral; assist at customer visits and conferences.
• Represent Systematic at conferences and trade shows.
• Prioritise defects and change requests in change control boards.
