Job summary

Systematic Copenhagen is seeking a Product Manager for SitaWare Insight to translate operational needs into concrete product features and guide development with the end-user in mind. You will represent the customer during prioritisation and demos, while collaborating with sales and marketing to showcase the data and AI capabilities for NATO and defence customers.

You will travel internationally 20–30 days a year to meet customers and Systematic offices, shaping product direction and ensuring

Qualifications

• Solid background from the armed forces or intelligence services (officer, NCO, or information manager) or several years of hands-on experience with defence/intelligence customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development team's day-to-day work translating operational requirements into concrete features for SitaWare Insight.
• Represent the voice of the customer and end-user, prioritising fixes and change requests through change control boards.
• Use Insight's dashboards, data import and agents to build customer-facing demos and examples.
• Support the sales team with product expertise, customer visits and proposal input; assist marketing with product collateral.
• Represent Systematic at conferences, trade shows and user forums; present to customers on-site.
