Job summary

ECCO is seeking a procurement support specialist for the Bredebro location to assist colleagues worldwide with our Coupa-based purchasing system, from office supplies to specialized equipment.

You will become a super user, handle requests via phone, email, and the Coupa interface, and perform back-office tasks including orders and vendor data management, guiding users to the right specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Administrative background or experience in sales support, procurement, logistics, or finance.
• Experience with IT systems; SAP and Coupa are advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Danish not required.

Responsibilities

• Become a super user in Coupa and support colleagues globally.
• Answer requests via phone, email, and the Coupa interface.
• Perform back-office tasks: placing orders, goods receipts, vendor data maintenance.
• Guide to category leads or purchasers for specific purchases.
• Troubleshoot order issues and escalate to second-level support.
