Job summary

COP in Copenhagen is seeking a Junior Analyst for Procurement Excellence to support central procurement systems, standardize project materials, and create DEVEX procurement reports. Based in Copenhagen, you will help ensure data is accurate and well-structured to support category leads and management.

You are in the final year of a bachelor’s degree or the first semester of a master’s degree, with business or engineering as preferred.

Qualifications

• Final year of a bachelor’s degree or first semester of a master’s degree.
• Field of study flexible, business or engineering preferred.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Willingness to work in Copenhagen and support procurement data needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update central procurement systems.
• Collect, organize, and standardize materials from project teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of materials.
• Create well-structured DEVEX procurement reports for category leads and management.
• Support junior analyst for financial background checks during peak periods.
