Job summary

Copenhagen Offshore Partners is looking for a Junior Analyst for Procurement Excellence, based in Copenhagen, to support central procurement systems, standardize project materials, and create DEVEX procurement reports for category leads and management.

In this role you will also assist with financial background checks on suppliers, and you will work to ensure timely material submissions while supporting a growing international procurement function.

Qualifications

• Final year bachelor or first semester of a master’s degree is acceptable.
• Field of study flexible, business or engineering preferred.
• No prior professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update central procurement systems.
• Collect, organize, and standardize materials from project teams into a consistent format.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required materials.
• Create well-structured DEVEX procurement reports for category leads and management.
• Support the junior analyst during peak periods for financial background checks.
