Job summary

Everllence in Denmark is seeking a motivated student worker for Direct Procurement to support Category Managers with data collection, analysis, reporting, and supplier management. You will help maintain procurement databases and category documentation, prepare presentations and business cases, and assist with RFQs, tenders, and supplier follow-ups.

The role requires 10–15 hours weekly at our Copenhagen office, offers exposure to strategic sourcing in a global company, and gives you hands-on

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Structured and analytical approach to work.
Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
Strong English communication, written and spoken.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about procurement.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Support Category Managers with data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.
Maintain procurement databases, supplier information, and category documentation.
Prepare presentations, reports, and business cases for procurement projects.
Support sourcing initiatives, RFQs, and tender processes.
Follow up on supplier and internal team meeting actions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and data quality.
