Job summary

Plant Supervision is seeking a Flushing Documentation Engineer to support the Initial Cleaning team. You will ensure cleaning procedures are documented, manage P&ID mark-ups, and maintain traceable records across planning, execution, and close-out phases.

The role requires a degree in Marine, Process, or Chemical Engineering, at least 3 years of engineering documentation experience, and strong attention to detail. On-site work Monday to Friday, familiar with Dalux and document control practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of process/chemical engineering experience focusing on technical documentation and field verification.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete, and traceable Initial Cleaning documentation.
• Update and consolidate P&ID master file with execution mark-ups.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on Initial Cleaning protocols.
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve documentation gaps.
• Support line walks to verify installations and document control.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for data collection.
• Implement version control and ensure document traceability.
