Job summary

Plant Supervision in Denmark seeks a Documentation Engineer to support the Initial Cleaning team by ensuring all procedures and results are accurately recorded across planning, execution, and close-out phases. You will maintain traceable records, consolidate P&ID mark-ups, and verify documentation against field installations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on process engineering experience, strong attention to detail, and be prepared to work on site Monday through Friday.

Overview

The Flushing Documentation Engineer will support the Initial Cleaning team by ensuring all cleaning procedures and results are accurately documented throughout planning, execution, and close-out phases. This role requires maintaining structured, traceable records, consolidating P&ID mark-ups, and verifying documentation against field installations. The ideal candidate brings practical experience with process systems, P&IDs, and line walks, combined with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You will work cross-functionally to identify gaps and ensure documentation complies with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete, and traceable Initial Cleaning documentation.

Required education

Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Required experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in process or chemical engineering roles with a strong focus on technical documentation, P&IDs, and field verification. Proven track record of managing large volumes of engineering records and maintaining document control systems.

Additional requirements

Willingness to work on site Monday to Friday. Document control certification (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus. Proficiency in English. Familiarity with Dalux is an advantage.
