Job summary

Nova Founders Capital seeks a House Manager in Lisbon to support a busy entrepreneur and family with personal logistics, travel, calendar, inbox and household coordination. This is a high-trust, in-person role aimed at creating order around a fast-moving principal and family life.

The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, highly organized and comfortable handling travel plans, Portuguese admin, and working with household staff and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Private PA or Executive Assistant is preferred.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Based near Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras; legally able to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily life and personal operations for the principal.
• Protect and manage the calendar and communications.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and packing.
• Coordinate with household staff and external providers.
• Learn preferences and routines, including food and health.
• Handle Portuguese admin and local logistics.
