• Daily life and personal operations management including errands, bookings and coordinating with household staff.
• Calendar and inbox management, travel planning and communication oversight.
• Travel management including flights, hotels, transport and itineraries.
• Household and lifestyle coordination with local providers and services.
• Portuguese admin tasks and local coordination with strong English.
• Excellent discretion, high organization and proactive problem-solving.
