Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Travel Advisor for the Nordic Premium Airline SAS with Danish language skills. You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries and assist with ticket purchases, payments, and travel difficulties from our Warsaw office.

Fluent Danish (C1) and English (B2) are required, along with an enthusiastic, patient, and highly organized mindset. Training is fully paid for two months, and you will join an international, mentoring-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2) written and spoken.
• Helpful, collaborative, and open-minded attitude.
• Highly organized and precise.
• Available to work at our Warsaw office.

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls /chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
