Job summary

European Energy A/S is seeking a Portfolio Management Professional to own EE's non-recourse financings post-close. You will work with Asset Management and Treasury to track disbursements, reporting, waivers, and amendments across a growing European asset portfolio.

The role requires a strong background in project finance, solid financial modelling, and the ability to collaborate with deal teams, Asset Management, and Treasury. Travel may be required across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in project finance, loan/portfolio administration, agency, or credit/portfolio monitoring.
• Experience with post-closing management of non-recourse financings including disbursements, covenant compliance, and reporting.
• Exposure to restructurings, workouts, or amendments and QA of others' work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many transactions in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transaction closing and documentation ahead of financial close.
• Ensure timely handoff of post-closing responsibilities to stakeholders.
• Shadow and track transactions through construction, QA disbursements and amendments.
• Support Asset Management during restructurings and amendments.
• Quality-assure payment of scheduled principal and interest to lenders.
• Track asset finance transactions across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with Treasury on portfolio exposures.
• Manage relationships with lender portfolio management counterparties.
• Support periodic and ad-hoc reporting of portfolio obligations.
• Collaborate with M&A on reporting obligations.
