European Energy is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Finance in Copenhagen to lead complex financial modelling for high‑value renewable energy transactions across Europe. You will work closely with the Global Head of Project and Asset Finance and collaborate with the M&A and Project Finance teams to advance the pipeline from mandate to financial close.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a financial analyst, preferably in project finance or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to build, tailor, and audit models.
• Proficiency with Excel and quantitative analyses.

Responsibilities

• Build, tailor, and maintain project finance models for live transactions.
• Support junior associates with modelling tasks and knowledge sharing.
• Populate and maintain the transaction data room and coordinate Q&A with lenders.
