European Energy A/S is seeking a Portfolio Management Professional to safeguard and steer a growing non-recourse financing portfolio. You will own EE's financing obligations from close through construction and operation, collaborating with Asset Management and Treasury across Europe.
The role demands strong financial modelling, attention to detail, and experience in post-closing management of non-recourse financings within renewable energy or infrastructure.
Looking for a role where you can safeguard and steer a growing portfolio of non-recourse financings after financial close? Join our Project and Asset Finance team in Copenhagen as a Portfolio Management Professional and help manage EE's financing obligations across Europe. European Energy is a growing company in the renewable energy sector. We are a privately owned Danish company founded in 2004, with our headquarters in Copenhagen. We develop, construct, finance, and operate solar (PV) and wind energy projects globally, as well as Power-to-X projects. In addition, we explore new technologies, including battery storage, biogas, and carbon capture. Our core values form the foundation of everything we do: In It Together, Trust and Courage, Ambition, Excitement, Inclusion, and Agility.
As a part of the CCO Area, the Project and Asset Finance team is responsible for sourcing all financing needed to construct EE's project pipeline, and for managing that financing through construction and operation. In this role, you will work directly with the Global Head of Project and Asset Finance, the transaction deal teams, Asset Management, and Treasury, as well as the more than 25 other members of the broader M&A and Project Finance department dedicated to commercialising EE's asset portfolio.
As our new Portfolio Management Professional, you will, in collaboration with colleagues within our Asset Management and Treasury departments, take ownership of EE's financing obligations once a transaction reaches financial close. You will track asset finance transactions through construction and operation, quality-assure disbursements, reporting, waivers, and amendments, and act as the link between the deal team, Asset Management, and Treasury. This is a role for someone who wants broad visibility across a growing portfolio of non-recourse financings and a direct hand in keeping it in good order.
