Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Project Associate Director to lead the M3 Project Management Office and own the project portfolio, ensuring scope, cost and timeline alignment with strategy. You will drive major investments and capacity enhancement for API manufacturing, while managing a cross-functional team and external partners.

The role requires a strong PM/portfolio background in pharma, with evident leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects within EHS and QMS

Qualifications

• Academic degree as specified (MA/MSc).
• Pharma/biopharma production experience preferred.
• Proven track record in project management and portfolio management.
• Experience with environmental health and safety and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the M3 project portfolio and govern it with prioritisation and mobilization.
• Hold overall budget responsibility for the M3 investment portfolio and lead budgeting/forecasting with transparency.
• Ensure major projects stay compliant with regulatory requirements and Novo Nordisk QMS.
• Lead, develop and evaluate your team, and manage external partners and consultants.
• Drive EHS compliance and continuous environmental improvement across projects.
